You have to be in the office 9am following a BIG night out. What is the best way to shape up and be sharp? This is the most common question asked by friends after night out.

Here are some tips and tricks to save you being embarrassment in front of your boss and colleagues.


1. WATER, GATORADE and PAIN KILLERS. Don’t drink coffee – caffeine will aggrevate your situation. Also, if you’re not too dead drunk to think, have a few glasses of water when you’re done drinking. It might help your situation the next day.

2. A single whiskey, it’s a bit early, but, you know, there really is only one cure.

3. Sometimes it’s not how many you drink but what you drink. I’ve found that beer and tomato juice mixed still gives you that “buzz” and you can still stand tall that next morning. If you haven’t tried it mix one small can of tomato juice to a pitcher of beer. It’s a manly man thing.

4. RESOLVE in a sachet which you add to a glass of water….works every time.

5. allways found physical training is good, after you’ve sweated loads drink loadsa water or lucazade, and then have a massive breakfast an a nice cuppa tea

6. Paracetemol/Aspirin….. drink glass of IRN-BRU/Lucozade or have nice breakfast.

7. When you come back home after night out drink water then a cold shower it should wake you up the next morning.

8. Put Ice on your Head (Although i don’t agree on it but most of my friends told me it always work for them).

9. A foot long subway and a can of lilt

10. Fone in sick, n go get even more bladdered.
